PUBLIC OFFER

for entering into a paid services agreement (subscription) in the Numerium service

This document is an official offer (public offer) of the Contractor to enter into a paid services agreement with any capable person who accepts this offer in the manner set out below.

0. Terms and definitions

• Contractor — Individual Entrepreneur Khoroshilov Maksim Viktorovich, TIN 222406865102, OGRNIP 325774600823872.
• User — a person using the Service.
• Service — the Numerium informational service, including the website https://numerium.ru, the Telegram bot @numerium_bot, and related interfaces.
• Subscription — recurring paid access to the Service’s premium features for the selected period under the selected plan.
• Tariff / Plan — a set of paid features and limits available under a Subscription.
• Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the User, performed by paying for a Subscription and/or starting to use paid functionality after being given access.

1. General provisions

1. This Offer is published on the website and is publicly available.
2. By accepting this Offer, the User enters into an agreement with the Contractor on the terms of this Offer.
3. The relationship of the parties is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise expressly required by mandatory rules.

2. Subject of the Agreement

1. The Contractor provides the User with paid access to the Service’s functionality (subscription services), and the User pays for such access.
2. The Service provides informational content and automated generation of outputs based on numerical interpretations and the User’s inputs.

3. Nature of information and disclaimers

1. The Service is informational and entertainment in nature. Outputs are not professional advice and must not be treated as guarantees, predictions, or instructions for action.
2. The Contractor is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on the Service materials.
3. The User understands that numerological interpretations are subjective and may not correspond to real-life outcomes.

4. Access to the Service, registration and technical conditions

1. Access is provided via the Telegram bot and/or the website interfaces.
2. To use the Bot, the User must have a Telegram account and an internet connection.
3. The Contractor may perform maintenance works, temporarily restricting access, if needed for stability and security.

5. Rules of use (including permitted requests)

1. The User undertakes to use the Service lawfully and not to violate the rights of third parties.
2. It is prohibited to:
   • post illegal content, requests aimed at causing harm, or content that violates applicable law;
   • attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or access data of other users;
   • use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains personal data of third parties without lawful grounds.
3. The Contractor may limit access if abuse or violations are detected.

6. Tariffs, subscription, payment and auto-renewal

1. Tariffs and prices are published on the website and/or in the Bot interface and may change. The price paid by the User applies for the paid period.
2. Payments are processed via Telegram and/or payment providers. The Contractor does not store bank card details.
3. Subscriptions may be auto-renewed (auto-renewal) for the next period unless the User cancels the subscription in the relevant interface before the renewal date.
4. If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until successful payment.

7. Service delivery procedure

1. Services are provided by granting access to paid features immediately after payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).
2. The Service is considered rendered for the paid period as access is granted and the User has the ability to use the functionality.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

1. The User may refuse the Agreement by cancelling the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals.
2. Refunds are generally not made after the start of service delivery (i.e., after access is granted), except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the Contractor decides at its discretion.
3. If the Service is unavailable for a significant period due to the Contractor’s fault, the Contractor may extend access or provide other compensation measures.

9. Liability and limitation of liability

1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may not be held liable for disruptions due to reasons beyond its control.
2. The Contractor’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant paid period, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

10. Intellectual property

1. All content and materials of the Service (texts, design, software) are protected by intellectual property laws.
2. The User may use the Service materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise expressly permitted.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://numerium.ru/ru/privacy.html.

12. Claims procedure and dispute resolution

1. Before going to court, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through a written claim procedure, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
2. Claims may be sent to team@numerium.ru.
